Terms of service for Keyboard Launcher Pro

Keyboard Launcher Pro is a home screen for Android phones, published by illuminati Apps, United Kingdom. These terms cover your use of the app. They are short and written in plain English. Your privacy is covered separately in the privacy policy.

Buying and using the app

When you buy Keyboard Launcher Pro on Google Play you can use it on the Android devices linked to your Google account, for your own personal use. Payment, refunds and family sharing are handled by Google Play, under Google Play's terms.

Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or take it apart to make a copy of it, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Your notes, to-dos and other content

Everything you write or save in Keyboard Launcher Pro is yours. It is kept on your phone, and we never receive it. Because it lives on your phone, it can be lost if the phone is lost, reset or damaged, so we recommend turning on the backup in settings and keeping the backup file somewhere safe.

Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do

To-do sync is optional. If you connect Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do, your use of that service is also covered by Google's or Microsoft's own terms. Sync copies changes both ways, so adding, ticking off or deleting a to-do in one place does the same in the other. These services are run by Google and Microsoft, not by us, so we cannot promise they will always be available, and they may change in ways that affect sync. You can disconnect at any time in To-do settings, and disconnecting deletes nothing.

Updates

We improve Keyboard Launcher Pro through updates on Google Play. Updates can add, change or remove features. We will always try to keep the things you rely on working.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to make Keyboard Launcher Pro reliable, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will be free of faults or work on every phone. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data or for any indirect loss arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer, or limits any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and any important change will be mentioned in the release notes.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
